Bedrock Ignite

Our Story: software that ran a real business first

Bedrock Ignite exists because most small businesses are handed a pile of disconnected tools and left to be their own IT department. We build the opposite: one system that runs the whole operation, deployed and operated for you. Every part of it was built and proven running a real regulated business before it was offered to anyone else.

Built by running a business, not by imagining one

This platform did not start as a product. It started as the complete software estate for one regulated practice: their public site, their client portal, their intake forms, their scheduling, their attendance records, their payments, and the admin system their staff use every day.

Building it that way settled questions a specification never would have. How a payment processor really rounds. What happens to a form mid-signature when a connection drops. Which permissions a front desk should never hold. Every one of those was answered against a live system with real people depending on it, and the answers are in the code you would be running.

What we take on, and what stays yours

You are subscribing to a running service, not commissioning a build. We take on the parts that quietly consume a business: hosting, backups, certificates, mail authentication, deployments, security patching, and the migrations nobody schedules until something breaks. You should never think about any of it.

Your brand stays yours. Your name, your logo, your photographs and your words are not ours and never become ours; we are simply authorised to use them to run the service you are paying for. What we own is the platform underneath, which is what lets one improvement reach every business we serve at once rather than being rebuilt for each of them.

What a Keystone includes

One customer's complete deployed business is what we call a Keystone. It is not a website with add-ons; it is the whole operating surface, running on isolated infrastructure of its own.

  • Public website, with the SEO groundwork done properly
  • Client portal with individual accounts
  • Encrypted messaging between staff and clients
  • Forms and intake packets, built and versioned by your own staff
  • Electronic signatures
  • Appointment scheduling and availability
  • Attendance tracking and program progress
  • Card payments, including digital wallets
  • Email notifications that carry no sensitive detail
  • Reporting and CSV exports
  • Admin system with per-role permissions and an audit trail

Terminology, fees, services and hours are settings rather than code, so your Keystone speaks in your language rather than ours.

How we work

We operate remotely across the United States. Your Keystone runs in its own isolated cloud project, which is what keeps one customer's incident, cost or data from ever touching another's.

Where a business is regulated, the infrastructure is covered by the appropriate agreements before it holds anything sensitive, and the encryption is arranged so that even we cannot read what your clients submit.
